Ordering
Ordering products on our site is safe and secure. We use 2CheckOut billing because of their superior attention to providing a secure shopping experience.

Payment
We accept the following credit card payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Privacy
The Freckled Flamingo does not sell, lease or give away your personal information nor do we keep or store any credit card information in our shopping cart or system files.

Shipping
Our products are sent via FedEx Ground or Overnight Delivery if you choose to upgrade to that option. All of our products are hand painted so please allow 3-5 days for shipment and an additional 3-5 for delivery. Please allow an additional week for custom painted orders. The Freckled Flamingo is not responsible for shipping delays, but we are committed to accurate and expedient processing. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Refunds / Returns
We will provide a full refund (excluding shipping charges) if your are not completely satisfied with your non-custom product. Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of order date to receive a full refund. Custom products and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages
If you receive a damaged product, please email your name, order number and name of damaged item to: Info@thefreckledflamingo.com immediately. We will issue a return label and ship out a replacement item.
